If there is any TV show that you love that I have forgotten, don’t hesitate to let me know in the comments below. If a date for its return exists, I will seek it out!

  • Fredrik Johansen

The favorite tv-shows I’m waiting for the return of, are not on this list:

    Stranger Things
    Inside no. 9
    Silicon Valley

And of course Carnivàle (still hoping).

    • Daniel Baldwin

      Checking up on them…

Both FARGO and SILICON VALLEY should be returning this Spring, although no specific dates have been set for either series.

INSIDE NO. 9 is apparently in-progress, as a new episode aired in late December. No airdates have been released for the remaining episodes of the season, but I would imagine such information will arrive soon.

STRANGER THINGS will return this year, but no timeframe has been set just yet. Netflix isn’t as much of a stickler when it comes to putting a show out at the same time every year, so it could show up in the Summer, Fall, or even Winter near the end of the year.

WRECKED has a new season planned for this year, but like Stranger Things, no date has been set. A Summer or Fall return seems likely.

QUARRY, as far as I can tell, has neither been renewed for a second season nor has it been cancelled. I’m honestly not sure what is going on with it, as Cinemax has been pretty silent on the subject. Here’s hoping an announcement about the series is forthcoming.

As for CARNIVALE, never give up hope. After all, we’re constantly seeing shows revived these days (i.e. The X-Files, Twin Peaks, 24, Will & Grace, etc.).

        Great. Thank you =)
