Last night during the post-Oscar episode of “Jimmy Kimmel Live“, Warner Bros. debuted a new clip for their upcoming superfriend opus, Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice. The clip showcases a new stretch of that titular bought that we haven’t seen before, which you can check out below. In it, Batman (Ben Affleck) somehow uses a smoke bomb to confuse the Man of Steel, which seems odd given the fact that Superman (Henry Cavill) has x-ray vision. I guess he momentarily forgot he had that ability? I’m on board with this movie, but I’d be lying if I said that this clip didn’t give me pause…
Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice is slated to hit screens nationwide on March 25th, 2016. The film is directed by Zack Snyder and it will be the second film in Warner Bros.’ DC Cinematic Universe. The film stars Henry Cavill, Ben Affleck, Gal Gadot, Amy Adams, Jesse Eisenberg, Holly Hunter, Jeremy Irons, Laurence Fisburne, Scoot McNairy, Diane Lane, Harry Lennix, Christina Wren, Tao Okamoto, Michael Shannon, Jeffrey Dean Morgan, Lauren Cohan, Carla Gugino, Jason Momoa, Ezra Miller, Ray Fisher, Jena Malone, Robin Atkin Downes, and Callan Mulvey.
