According to The Hollywood Reporter, actor Jeremie Harris has been cast on Noah Hawley’s upcoming X-Men spin-off series, “Legion“. The series, which will air its first season on FX later this year, announced a large chunk of its main cast last week. The show follows the troubled David Haller (Dan Stevens) as he tries to navigate the world of humans and mutants.
Harris will be portraying source character Ptonomy, who is described as “an outsider by nature, stand-offish and sardonic who is a former child prodigy who feels trapped in the past.” He joins a cast already comprised of the likes of Dan Stevens, Aubrey Plaza, Jean Smart, and Rachel Keller. The actor most recently had a recurring role on the first season of Netflix’s “The Get Down“, which hails from the mind of Baz Luhrmann and premieres on the streaming service later this spring.
