Earlier today, we posted the first “trailer for a trailer” for the upcoming Deadpool film, which will star Ryan Reynolds in the title role. Now a second teaser has popped up, this time advertising the full trailer before the feature length Fantastic Four film, which opens this Friday. Oh, and Deadpool makes a joke about having an erection that lasts longer than four hours, poking fun at Viagra commercials.
Deadpool is directed by Tim Miller from a screenplay written by Rhett Reese and Paul Wernick. Also starring are Brianna Hildebrand as Negasonic Teenage Warhead and Morena Baccarin as Copycat.
The R-rated comic adaption of Deadpool blasts into theaters February 12, 2016.
Based upon Marvel Comics’ most unconventional anti-hero, ‘Deadpool’ tells the origin story of former Special Forces operative turned mercenary Wade Wilson, who after being subjected to a rogue experiment that leaves him with accelerated healing powers, adopts the alter ego Deadpool. Armed with his new abilities and a dark, twisted sense of humor, Deadpool hunts down the man who nearly destroyed his life.
