SDCC ‘X-Men: Apocalypse’ Poster Gives First Look At Apocalypse

Immortal mutant supervillain Apocalypse (Oscar Isaac) has remained in the shadows throughout most of production our glimpses of Bryan Singer’s X-Men: Apocalypse thus far.  That ends today, at least to a degree, with the reveal of a special Comic-Con poster for the film.  Showing a shadowy illustrated look of the evil En Sabah Nur (aka Apocalypse), it at least gives us a better idea of how Oscar Isaac will look in the eventual film next year.  It also looks like Xavier’s school might be in need of remodeling.  Behold your destroyer and tremble!


X-Men Apocalypse hits theaters on May 26, 2016 and is directed by Bryan Singer.  Written by Simon Kinberg, the film stars James McAvoy as ‘Charles Xavier/Professor X’, Michael Fassbender as ‘Erik Lehnsherr/Magneto’, Jennifer Lawrence as ‘Raven Darkholme/Mystique’, Nicholas Hoult as ‘Hank McCoy/Beast’, Oscar Isaac as ‘En Sabah Nur/Apocalypse’, Rose Byrne as ‘Moira MacTaggert’, Tye Sheridan as ‘Scott Summers/Cyclops’, Sophie Turner as ‘Jean Grey’, Kodi Smit-McPhee as ‘Kurt Wagner/Nightcrawler’, Alexandra Ship as ‘Ororo Munroe/Storm’, Evan Peters as ‘Peter Maximoff/Quicksilver’, Lucas Till as ‘Alex Summers/Havok’, Ben Hardy as ‘Warren Worthington III/Angel’, Lana Condor as ‘Jubilation Lee/Jubilee’, and Olivia Munn as ‘Betsy Braddock/Psylocke’.
