The marketing train for CBS’ “Supergirl” series continues to roll along like an unstoppable Kryptonian warrior. While the series isn’t scheduled to premiere until October 25th this fall, the network isn’t wasting any time getting fans revved up for its arrival. In addition to showcasing the pilot episode at this year’s San Diego Comic-Con later this week, they have also issued a new promo for the series.
How much will Kara’s Kryptonian cousin Superman factor into the series? Will executive producers Greg Berlanti & Co. find a way to incorporate the show into their DC CWverse, which currently includes “Arrow“, “The Flash“, and the upcoming “Legends of Tomorrow“? Perhaps we will find out this very week, so stay tuned!
